I just returned from 5 weeks of backpacking through Central America and accidentally delete all my photos from my external hard drive upon plugging it into my laptop. Once I plugged it in Spybot informed me of two virus's on my computer labeled RECYCLER...

Spybot-S&D is not an anti virus program, the application does search for spyware right, Spybot is not a virus program, I knew that and was just really frazzled when I wrote the post to my laptop two windows....

In the previous beta I was able to have it scan my entire machine and whitelist all of my files. I just installed the new Spybot-S&D 2.0 Beta 5 and I have looked through all of the options and can't figure out what to click to start a system whitelist...

If I remember correctly, it doesn't actually matter whether a 32-bit program is installed to C:\Program Files (x86) or ....
Need to ask, are my emails safe in C:\Users\Lee\AppData\Local.
But not to program files (x86).
