Audrina has started projectile vomiting yellow-ish looking stuff and I mean, A TON. Like 6 or 7 inches in the air, several ounces. I know she has reflux but this is insane, its like two hours after eating and she's throwing up everything she ate and then...

They already have checked her for pyloric, she fine through her stomach otherwise... .
It is less common in girls, but def possible.
It sounds like was vomiting.
You can vomit bile when you have a bowel obstruction.
I would be worried about bile.
I suffered from the exact same symptoms weekly (and really thought I was alone in this!) since I was a small child. Rotten Egg Burps (the WORST part) followed by nausea, severe cramps, vomiting, diarrea (diarrhea) , the works. Only after throwing up everything...

These latest episodes started December, then was deathly ill with vomiting....
The terrible burps for about 5 hours, then horrible vomiting lasts for a few hours, then I'm exhausted for up to a day or two before the vomiting would set in.

And as a result was vomiting like you mention....I also had him on sma gold....It was very hard seeing him for the amount of food he was taking hence the vomiting, it was just to give his belly a chance and after.
The past two mornings, DD has projectile vomited after nursing. She didn't do it throughout the rest of the day yesterday, so not sure how the rest of today will go. She has gas pain all day. I'm wondering if she might be allergic to my breast milk, or...

DS has reflux and projectile vomiting.
It's probably reflux but it's best to call the pedi .
Has the pedi examined her for pyloric stenosis? Just a thought bc projectile vomiting is a sign os PS.

He Was sleeping from 6pm -5am, but woke up again 930 last night and had another 2 ounces. .
Also, he hasn't vomited since we cut back the ounces.

You are more than likely really full in the mornings and your DD is gulping it down and taking in too much, which is why she is spitting up .
A lurker popping in here! I certainly wouldnt think she is allergic to your breastmilk .

I did (reasearch it, I mean) and took my baby off of it! there are other meds for delayed gastric emptying! don't just take my word on this (or anything! research!) this board is a huge warehouse of information... .
I would research all you can about reglan.
