So I am picking up my first M3 shortly (within the next week or two), and one of the first modifications I must do is to the headlamps. I want to get all the lumens I possibly can without retrofitting new projectors in. So I'm going with Morimoto...

Thanks Jake, I was also unsure of the size of the projector lens, but I assumed it was a 3" lens.

Most projectors I have available display fine at 1024x768, except that resolution is very low. If I up the resolution to 1280x1024 the image is still displayed, however the text quality drops.
Is there any solution to having a high resolution on a projector...

The image is simply down-scaled by the projector, leaving that displaying a lower resolution....
Aw, i've got nothing into less space when it's just fixed pixels .
Ok, you'll need a candle, some gaff tape, a fresnel lens, and two squirrels...

It won't have distortion that it will since the lens is ....
He then said to buff down with 1500 grit paper to polish it out .
He then said to buff of the lens.
He is going to mill out most of the lens.
I have a buddy with a nice mill.
