A diaper rash with little red dots is a yeast infection most likely. I know this because when my DD

Btw, a diaper rash doesn't necessarily
means, that your babysitter didn't change her diapers enough! I change DD's diaper 10 times a day
I agree with the PP. My oldest got diaper rashes horribly. I mean, zero to bleeding in one change

Is not as heavy, so they wake up hungry. Maybe it's the same for food.
Also I change DD's diaper
before I go to bed, even if she is sleeping already. DD wakes from hunger or wet diapers.
