I would take her to the ped, it could be a yeast infection! Btw, a diaper rash doesn't necessarily means, that your babysitter didn't change her diapers enough! I change DD's diaper 10 times a day I agree with the PP.  My oldest got diaper rashes horribly.  I mean, zero to bleeding in one change
