I heard from many people the protein from things such as rice does not produce a great annabolic effect because it is an incomplete protein source.
Should I be getting my 1g of protein a day from complete protein sources only?

It just depends on what in all diff types of protein....
You're always using carbs, fat, and protein for energy.
And then either used in protein synthesis, stored, or converted into glucose for energy (essentially to glucose for energy).
