Hi Id like to up my protien but I dont want to cut out all carbs as I plan to exercise soon and need some carbs as Ive done no carb plans before and was so weak exercising.
Just need cheap and easy ideas for meals and snacks have to limit eggs and nuts...

So greek quiet new to high protien low carb have done vlcd with no carbs they were awful Ive seen my carbs are 52% protien and fat is about....
To plan my meals and snacks in advance choosing high protien versions of the foods I like.

Cheaper alternative to Tuna? Tuna is so god dam expensive... is there a cheaper alternative thats as good or even better?

People who aint keen on tuna im not a fan of tuna but i now get a can of tuna drain the brine out and add 3 t spoons of light philedelpha or soft chease and give it a good mix , i now eat 2 tins a day and love the stuff Prophecy likes this.

I'll marinade it, then either grill and i want that tuna with the marinade....
But fresh tuna on the other hand I love.
I can't stand it.
I don't eat it at all...canned tuna that is.

Im 5'8 293 pounds i gained 10 lbs since i last posted about my diet.

10am-1 cup Pistachios
12pm- 1 cup of tuna/ flour tortilla
2pm-1 cup pistachios
4pm-4 oz chicken breast/ 1 cup brown rice

Hi everyone just joined and was looking for a bit of advice.
I'm currently bulking and directly after a workout I have 50g of whey.
Then within half an hour to an hour I have 100g of pasta and a tin of tuna
This is about 70g of carbs and 30g of protien...

A full tin of tuna each break instead of half of one? It's cheap enough and you'll easily absorbe with full fat milk
1 scoop of serious mass with pint of water 650cal 125grams carbs 25grams protien in it but not much protein.
