What are foods with lots of protien? im a vegetarian and i need to know some food with protien... try to tell me some with not much fat.

Im told that i need 1gram of protien for every pound i weight,im 269 lbs im taking a protien shake after every workout everyday it,s 25g per scoop. so i put in 4 scoops which gives me 100g of protien,is this enough for me if not is getting the other 1...

Im trying to bulk up and im taking a whey protien shake about 3-4 times a day. What would be a better choice for bulking up? I feel like im eating non-stop all daay long so i can get the extra calories that i need. but i was wondering about how effective...

Too much tuna. Good or bad? I've heard that eating too much tuna fish could be a bad thing? true, false? I was thinking about increasing my protein intake through more consumption of tuna. Is too much tuna bad?

I love tuna I make everything with tuna, MacNcheese and tuna, Tuna with light mayo and crumble in some saltines....

I know Trouble cautions against using whey on it's own and recomends adding fiber healthy fats and other protien sources to parse it's effects.But I cant remeber if it would ok to use whey along with other protien and fat/fibre sources for breakfast? ...

So anyways been doing the eca the last week and a half, minimum of 30 mins cardio every day, and im actually eating no junk which is fcuking amazing for me! lol.
