Can a neurologist/neuropsychologist study the way people are effected by psychoactive drugs? I know that the FDA allows some doctors to conduct studies with hallucinogens & other psychoactive drugs, but it isn't common & it is one of the least studied...

And definitely, they would have subjects like pharmacology and drug administration through drug administration, psycho-analysis, behavior, psychology, etc...
