You may have some sort of flu....
I think you need to do endoscopy to see whats exactly wrong with your stomach...I wont fear you but it could be something bad...so go to an endocrinologist ASAP!! you need to see the doctor, maybe you have the stomach flu .

It should subside within a couple.
The aching you are feeling is most likely from straining to poop (sorry lol) and to puke.
The vomiting and tummy ache will do absolutely no harm to your little one.
