I wanted to buy pull up bar but is it difficult to maintain/install?
Saw 1 at AIBI... the pull up bar which is installed w/o using screws.
so what's your opinion?

Such pull up bars are not really safe the ....
I have a pull-up bar without screws installed in my house, supported just by the friction of the rubber at both ends of the bar against the frame of the door.

The sky was clear so i pulled out the clay bar clay bar clay bar!
And im shattered but at least its done and waxed so just got to clean and polish it properly tomorrow :)

You really are a trooper for doing it in this weather, good job If you put enough effort in clay bar work warms you up plus....

Hi, anyone here with this equipment? I ws thinking of maybe made one for myself so I can hang the rings and do more exercises then the ones I do now (I only have a door pull up bar)

The elite model pull-up bar that I ordered pull up bar with your kind of setup? Maybe with a god base for support I can do one with 2.30 meters that the trapezerigging....

Have a wall mounted pull up bar that i want installed into an indoor wall,
all the information i find is for stud walls, as this was an exterior wall before my house extension, it is bricks with plasterboard on top,
what i plan on doing,
as i don't trust...

You the correct....
If you do this you can cut away two squares in the plasterboard in the correct position for the pull up bar.
It might be a plan to just mount the pull up bar on the wall without the wood first.

If you have one, do towel pullups. do them after you've done everything else though, because they will nuke your grip. it's a great supplement if you've ever had grip weakness. I can only do six reps on average.

I was planning on hanging a pullup bar in this spot in my bedroom..
I know, I know, the carpet and paint are gay.. but if I mount that bar between the walls of that opening, which I presume would be mounting into the 2x4 framing, is that going to rip ...

Anyone have any recommendations on pull up bars? I've seen those ones that require zero installation but they all seem super sketchy. I don't mind spending the case or doing the work to install a proper pull up bar however I don't know what to get. Anyone...

The multi gym ....
The no install pull up bar that i have CANNOT be used on weak framed or small molding doors bc it relies on the molding to hold it up for mine.
It matters as to what molding u have on the intended use door .
