The pumpkin recipe was terrific! Oh, I'm so glad.
Pumpkin is one of my fav foods of like a creamy caramel apple with a hint of banana.
I think I'll do half regular and add sugar and half with splenda .

I know the book says we are to have no more then 3 packets of Splenda a day... this might be a dumb question... Does he mean this for our beverages?? I make pumpkin custard and I'm wondering if I should count that in my 3 Splenda's??
