Does anyone know why my baked custard would separate??
This has happened to me twice now, the top half is kinda creamier than the bottom half... Not bad, but I know this is not how it is SUPPOSED to turn out.

Do you have a favourite dessert?
I have to say I love apple pie with custard or apple pie with ice cream
It's not often that I have a dessert but when I do have a sweet tooth it's one of those.
Thanks for the set Krissy xx
