How to stop puppy biting So we have a 9 week old puppy, maltese bichon poodle cross.
i find that when he gets very excited he starts to bite our socks/feet, bottom of our jeans or if we are holding him....he snaps at our hands/fingers...
how to deal with...

I've found my initial aversion to biting to be a combination of 2 things.
Besides, you don't want the puppy to think all biting is bad, instead you want the puppy to learn for them not to bite is hard.

How do I get my puppy to stop biting me? She's such a good girl and she is really calm. But she litterally bites EVERYTHING. alot of people tell me to bop her on the nose, but I don't think that's very nice. any training tips that wont scare/hurt her?...

My oldest cat Haribo is jsut over a year old now and he is still biting tried everything to get him to stop him doing it (shouting at him, spraying him with water) but nothing seems to make a difference.

Overall, you need to stop her BEFORE she bites, watdch her body language.
They hate water! I think she is part cujo a way to use their jowls to stop the biting.
Try a spray bottle of water everytime she tries to bite.
