I can bench 135 like 7 times and I can do 50 pushups. I am really surprised, a month ago I could only bench 95 lbs 3 sets and 8 reps, and I could only do 30 pushups. I never did pushups while benching and now when I try again, I can finally do 50 pushups...

Aiming for 165LB max bench in....
140LB Max Bench and 100+ pushups.
This week coming up haven't maxed in months) Pushups: most i've ever hit is 91 in a set, but haven't months) I bench 175 for a 1rm and did 34 push ups the last time I tried.
Depends, probably 50 regular pushups is decent and 20 diamond pushups decent.

If you have no such aspirations of accomplishment of PL pushups I think the trouble points for people are losing the hollow in PPP, and losing the hip/shoulder level....
If your main goal is planche pushups, I think PPP will work better.
Anybody out there incorporate pushups into your training? Do you do more than one set? Daily/every other day? I'm thinking they would be a good addition to my lifting days. When I do them though, I feel like I weigh a thousand pounds, ha!

I love pushups....
I work them in between sets of other stuff (like I might superset a back exercise with pushups).

If you want to stick with conventional....
pushup variants will work your triceps to some degree, if that's what you're wondering position, or working up to clapping pushups, one-arm pushups or handstand pushups.
