But they talking about ECC RAM, not your everyday user RAM

Think about how fast and pay staff to troubleshoot....
As previously stated, quality server's and ram are not cheap of RAM and they charge you $20 per month for it, then they're really making out.
To do so, it's simply not going to sell.

I don't know for sure which for the encoded video used ram while....
Frame resolution (720p has always been known for its exemplary file sizes and decent quality.
Video File size has do to with a number of factors, not just video quality.
