There is also some research into whether quantum it would break current encryption techniques).

How soon can I get a quantum computer? Is there any way to build a simple one? How many years out are they for early early adopters?
I'd like to understand from a high level what a QBit is, how many states it can have, and what types of algorithms will...

There is no easy way to build one.
Quantum computers will not be coming out for quite a long time.

Hi there, my comparatively ignorant mind is wondering,
When an atomic transmutation occurs all of the quantum levels of the new atom also change
1) what is the actual rate of this change? would a nonplayer "observer photon" passing near the suddenly different...

It's the same size as it is everywhere else.
I have no idea what you are talking about, but a hydrogen atom in space does not have a radius of .3 m .

I am not aware of any quantum theory that would attempt to quantify the "mass".
Does it make any sens to think at a elementary quanta of proper mass?

This does NOT imply the existence of a smallest unit of proper mass, of which heavier particles must consist .
It makes sense that particles with certain proper masses are stable while all other values of proper mass are unstable .

I agree with Daniel.
That they will be Smoke/Exo level reels could be faulty, but it doesn't seem like Quantum would "hype up of Quantum either, but the reel in the first picture looks somewhat interesting.
