I agree that HBD is not very ....
If using Point (WL) since these are the 2 other Signatures I would consider most romantic (and the food at both is excellent).
It has dropped pretty far from being "romantic".

Le Bistro in Epcot was the most romantic, IMO a window view.
Table at Cinderella's Castle in MK for dinner can be quite romantic, too especially if you get Point has the potential to be the most romantic.
