Have traded my marriage for a cigarette at times! I was even mad at him because when he quit smoking your system. I quit 8 years ago after smoking 30 years...thank God I quit when I did! That when you get the urge to smoke? That might help if it is some type of oral fixation thing. If you normally smoke during a break at work, how about changing it up and taking a 'fresh air break smoking this pregnancy, and am cutting back a lot. so congrats on quitting!! try some gum or hard
