Have traded my marriage for a cigarette at times! I was even mad at him because when he quit smoking
your system.
I quit 8 years ago after smoking 30 years...thank God I quit when I did! And the truth...
when will it go away. Its been almost 6 days. Symptoms are heartburn, aches and pain, bloating, gas, cant eat, brain fog ...

I personally don't smoke, never have and never will. But I have close friends and family who have
removed, and was in terrible pain (and still is) I quit for 8 months, but am back to smoking for the past

Well today is the day Im gonna finally try quitting my nasty little habit ....
I started Champix
this morning , I have to carry on smoking through the initial 8 to 14 days of the course

That when you get the urge to smoke? That might help if it is some type of oral fixation thing. If you
normally smoke during a break at work, how about changing it up and taking a 'fresh air break
smoking this pregnancy, and am cutting back a lot. so congrats on quitting!! try some gum or hard

P.S.- Please don't go on the streaks about "how smoking is so bad for you!!!!", I know
will not understand how hard quitting smoking is, because simply they don't smoke or they haven't tried...
