So most of you guys know that I've been making "Captive Spacers" for all 600rr rear wheels. Took me awhile to connect with a new machinist, but I have and slightly redesigned the Captive Spacer for even easier rear wheel changes!

Captive wheel spacer set for Front and Rear wheels for 2006/2012 Yamaha R6 made by Fast Frank Racing
Spacers are made from 7075-T6 billet stock
These are a very easy install, just remove the stock spacer with plastic cover and then just push the captive...

Whats the best way to make captive wheel spacers. Was thinking about getting some made at a machine shop near where I work. I have a 2000 R6. What measurements do I need? does any one have any drawing or pics I could ...
