Using Sleepyhead, how can I tell if I am having REM cycles? What should I be looking for?

During deep sleep (short are dreaming you have REM sleep.....
In pain, etc., but you have good sleep, there is a correlation between your breathing and REM REM, which are denoted by my Zeo's green bars in the Zeo chart at the bottom.

Hey guys, i feel like i am sleeping but not getting that deep rem sleep .any advice?

In a typical night, each of these sleep cycles....
Each cycle normally includes both NREM and REM sleep .
REM (dreaming) sleep normally comes at the end of each the 4 to 6 cycles of sleep we experience each night.

I'll polish both the cocking ramp and piece getting bound up in the body after so many cycles.
For about 40 cycles, then it starts getting sticky.

My neighbor has a newer Rem 700 and his shells are so blown out oversized after firing, and anneal my case necks every 5-6 ....
Or 7 cycles out of the brass, course, thats depending on how hot the loads are too ! I just FL of the brass.

I've been doing a little bit of research on sleep cycles, and I have the freedom and flexibility to have my body adjust to a Polyphasic Sleep Cycle.
There is an article here which briefly outlines what Polyphasic Sleep is and it provides some diagrams...
