How many minutes faster can you expect in a flat race course in comparison to a hilly course in a 10km race? not a very hilly course, but a course with small climbs, also small down hill

At one time road and cross country races were not considered for records, only course courses there is no way to know how much slower you are on a hilly course over a flat course..

We will have the road course setup this Sunday for practice and some racing. Bring your 1/12, touring car, Pro-10 or Vintage Trans-Am car out for some practice before the season starts.

I have stepped back from the organsing of stuff now, but recieved an email this morning from chepstow race course, who are still very interested in drifitng being held there.
Its a little bit pot holey but with a couple of bags...

To "preride" a mountain bike course the week or day before a race (You can't drive on mountain bike courses) or "drive" a road race or time trial course befoe the race.
