Sad but truth is racism is everywhere even in 21st century ( present ). In western to asian countries. From Sports to Jobs. Seems there's no stoppping racism completely.
I ask intelligent OT users , whats your opinion on racism existing even on 21st century...

Bars have those signs for no good reason other than racism, some have had noisy and disruptive know there is a level of racism towards foreigners in Japan but it is not necessarily aggressive.
