Regards to recognize more than 2TB's of stoarge? You need a GPT partition,normal one would not work.
As to the booting from this partition, it is on the motherboard bios side that should support UEFI.

They do not use HD. They are using their standard analog SCA subcarriers for ethnic broadcasters (67 and 92 kHz).
