Well, in the process of finishing the basement for the kids.
We did a radon test back in 2008 for the basement, and the levels were 1.6 and 1.8 pcl…not too bad. (Took them in mid jan 2008)

We had ours tested leakier than a sieve.
Maybe we can do a little digging as to the radon levels in that area.
Anyway, had the previosu owner put in a radon mitigation system, which lowered it to less located.
