It would fall under the Clean Water Act and nothing but rain water that's a likely no, as it's considered improper to mix the steams.
I doubt that it's legal.

In the rain, Im not using the valley cover but it was only keep ing some water out, not all with water in the coilpack valley or anything (no corrosion either, 75coupe).
