Are ramen noodles healthy for you? I eat like a pack of them everyday, are they healthy or unhealthy for you?

as for real ramen...i don't know.
They're not good for you, same for other noodles too.
Reduce my intake to once a week if I were you .

Ramen noodles contain around 14 G to make Ramen Noodles into a healthy meal.
Your basically cutting out 1,000 MG of sodium by doing that .

Does ramen noodles help with nausea? I have thrown up twice today, and have taken some medication. Will ramen noodles help my upset stomach? would it help if I just drank the juices? thanks.

Ramen Noodles or Popcorn? which one? =) (the popcorn is the kind you have to put on the stove and season yourself and the ramen is oriental flavor...sidenote...I don't wanna be fat...is the ramen too much?

I would limit the amount as it's dry for a balanced diet... .
I buy Ramen Noodles and my dog climbs up in the cabinet to get them, He in the noodles that would hurt your dog unless he has an allergy to wheat.
As a treat should be fine.
