I got short range of motion anyways, I don't need to round my if I don't.
Because of my long the bench a whole body excercise .
Experiment coming down higher on the chest, or lower on your pecks .

Doesnt sound like you have the moeller ....
Though I cant say I use the full stroke motion all that much.
Full strokes is bring your elbow in front of your body, so its range of motion is not limited and its fully comfortable for me.

That's actually how many security system motion detectors work, listening for regular human-hearing-range noise might be good enough for your needs (although this isn't "true" motion-detection).
