I am looking at buying a theoben rapid but not to sure which one to go for,The mk1 or mk2?
Anyone have any experience with both?
It will be going on fac hopefully end of the year but want a sub 12 for now until I do the variation.

HI,erm i bought it today and i was sighting in and the targets were a 2p coin drwan round and group was a little bit bigger form 40 yards away anny pellet help i bought H&N field trophy and i got a full tin of them given but the tins are different but...

I use CROSSMAN accupel or premier in FAC rapid, 14.3 grains and....
I use Bisley Magnums in my Rapid 17(.177 Start with a proper barrel clean and work from there.
Trophy in my FAC .22 Rapid Mk1 and they are very accurate.

I have heard, I don't think a rapid is more accurate, nor is it less accurate but IMO it is more durable and much with.
Particular rifle?
I am thinking of possibly changing the AA s410 for a Rapid.

Mick Mk2 FAC at 30ft lbs better tools around and I bought mine as an FAC for £450 second hand.
Since the mark 2 came out so quite a few yrs mine is around 30ftlbs in 22 .

mk1 rapid .20 I'll second the above posthi i havw had the rapid and the huntsman , found the huntsman very good and accurate but make sure hw100 is one of the reasons....

When you buy a new Rapid.... Does they come with a mag? some tinternet sites say yes, some say no?
Also, do they come with mounts?
