My BEW has the new style OE lift pump after I got the car with the dead OEM pump(car ran fine). After pulling my fuel pump fuse while the car was running and having it promptly stall out, I am now wondering what the failure rate of the newer style pumps...

I took there is a guy in the vendor section selling replacement pumps for the old style tan top sending, the newer style gray top one....

I am having the same problem.
You will need to reattach them after the AJAX event .
If you are rebuilding the DOM via AJAX, your events will be lost .
Presumably you are attaching events to #star-rating-control.
