-I do shorter ratings focused on being thorough.

Try turbobit not bad PPD programs and a PPS plan which includes rebills I'd do some reading before I followed that suggestion It is always more profitable to go with a PPS program which includes rebills as income will carry on going up and up .

I received a letter from Halifax today saying that my interest rate is currently X, and now it will be (X-0.5)+(BoE base rate). They now call X your "personal rate" and the sum the "standard annual interest rate".
What do people think about this change...

Is 19.9%
So in the new world it's (19.9% - 0.5%) + 0.5% = 19.9%
Now when BoE change the rate to 1%, it will be (19.9% - 0.5%) + 1% = 20.4%
Therefore, you could have a different rate every month! I am assuming you will not be able to reject....
