I have difficulty eating vegetables at work. My question is I grow organic squ, carrots, peppers, tomatoes.... can I just slice these up and eat them raw? I actually like yellow squash and Zuchini raw and often eat it in a spinach salad that way. However...

As others here, our dogs get raw and cooked.

Mushrooms, lettuce (iceberg, romaine), spinach (raw), onions (raw and cooked), olives, snow peas only eat raw, and some I'll only eat cooked.
