Adding raw vegetables in to cooked cheat meat? Hi all. I know a lot of books now say that raw vegetables are really good. But lets face it, we tend to cook something from time to time don't we?
So I was thinking, is it still good to add raw vegetables...

I love raw vegetables. I love to snack with raw carrots and use raw spinach instead of lettuce on my salads. However, how safe is this? Sometimes my stomach feels funny esp after eating the carrots. I usually eat 2 at a time.

Raw Gado Gado- an authetic raw salad from Indonesia, cauliflour, cabbage, red onion, carrot.

I'm only partly kidding, here. I hear so often "I hate vegetables". For me personally, if I had only 2 foods for the rest of my life I'd pick dairy and grains. The rest of it? I could live without.
