I think this system rules are contradictory about die....
It really looks decent.
Using Conviction to force someone else to re-roll/wounded counters with hit points as far as I can see.
A little more work, but not excessive.

I don't like rolling two dice. I also don't like re-rolling a dice.

You need practically full level 60 vit/str/all many millions.
However you really need act3/act4 inferno gear worth many many millions .
