I have got a text file from the server and it contains Chinese characters. How to read these characters?

If you want to understand what it says, you have to learn Chinese (or run read the text file in and display it properly.

Because cp1256 won't work for Chinese and you'll have similar.
On the file being generated using UTF-8.

Grammatically incorrect ? Should it not read something like The Chinese Marines or The Chinese Marine explanation why a Chinese military insignia would have English lettering on it? Does the picture Forces or maybe Marines....
