The LC 575 is in the same "family" as the Color Classic (indeed people) Hope you could spread more about it.

Data source for .45 LC needed.
I will be casting for my LC with a LEE mold #90570, 160 fp bullet but can't find no loading data for this bullet.

.45 LC plastic cases ? Anyone know of a source for SPEER .45 plastic cases for rubber bullets ?
I've searched MIdway, CTD and Brownell's with no luck.
I don't wanna ruin good LC cases by drillin the flash holes.

I have read that corn meal specificaly is too "spongey" and will result allowing the bullet to press it about....
I have read that you can get away with as little as 1/16" compression, but you should tumblers works well also.

Pros LC - full fat mayo, ranch, **supposedly not having to track**, not having to worry about fats, ridding body of unhealthy sugars.
Cons - not being able to drink alcohlic beverages or even eat a little carbs w/o it penalizing your weight loss efforts...
