I used to live in a flat in London but moved to Manchester 3 years ago. I have rented my flat out in London privately up until October 2010. Then I put it on the market and it was unoccupied from that point until completion ...

I receive my bill in the mail every month. but I can not view it online . WHY? It downloads but then will not open. I try to open it manually (ie; open with ) notepad, wordpad, office, and nothing works. WHY?

It is down on the bill as the metre having been read on the 6th JanJust looked more closely at the bill and it reckons we have used 82 cubic metres in 4 months.
