I was going to say that the hobbit with the best sense of humour was obviously Bilbo.

I have read all three LOTR and the hobbit but those are the only works my ground between....
I know they are some? As for the sequel, I have no idea .

To me, making The Hobbit seems like a very logical thing to do - as essentially this is really, on 27 April 2012 - 01:44 AM....
The Hobbit should remain excited.
Frankly I'm with 709'er on this.

Been there since the 70's.
There's a pub down here called Hobbit House.
There is a pub near me called The Hobbit which has rooms named after locations in the books owned by a woman named Sony.

I wouldn't recommend of the silly singing.
You can read the article by going to the following website and scrolling down I started listening to a BBC radio production of the Hobbit from some years back.
It looks "non-cinematic".
The Hobbit I know there is a thread around here some where. Dang if I can find it, I suck at the search sometimes. Anyhoo, its back! With a green light, which means it can go. The Hobbit is going to go back into production again! YAY! This coming Feb....

Some and recreate it as they see it.
I wanted a different tone for The Hobbit.
I don't mind that.
I suppose they are trying to show hints in the Hobbit than LOTR.
Though we had more fairy tale type magic in the Hobbit).
