Hi, in a List i have one 'Status' field that should be accessible to only Owners and to the Viewers/Readers it should not be accessible. Do anybody can guide me how to do this.

Of your list, if its not a security issue, you can use this:
Open your All Items View (/Lists/MyList/AllItems.aspx) Edit the Page Add the same List as a WebPart, twice Delete the original webpart to a new list with its metadata....

I have two programs, Writer and Reader.
I have a FIFO from Writer to Reader so when I write something to stdin in Writer, it gets printed out to stdout from Reader.

I don't think that the behaviour you observed is more than coincidental .
Multiple readers are not useful since there is no practical method for ensuring a particular reader gets a specific datum.

I've seen on a couple of sites that they will include a navigation section at the top of their page, with internal links to other parts of the page, so that users with screen readers can quickly jump to the content, menu, footer, etc. This "nav" element...

The 2nd option is normally how you make that happen .
Which means that your first you're already using compatible with the screen reader.
Keep in mind that screen readers usually announce hyperlinks as such.
