I agree, the new Lacrosse is an extremely nice ride.
Daughter's ride, actually: (with my 2003 Honda CiViC in the background...) I drive my 2006 Fusion.

Faces are normally covered in mud to, I ride a cube acid 2011 black and green (which after today by a decent warranty.
