An attorney is never necessary to close a real estate transaction anywhere in the US.

Power of attorney seems - on the surface real sticky.
Assets from her, and so we hired this attorney to have his estate frozen until all issues could resort as that would certainly make for bad feelings.

Does anyone know how to get into real estate photography? Do you contact realtors and designers and show them your work (portfolio) or do you go about it another way?

Think you would need to network with a number of real estate sgencies there for better photography on real estate listings but you will need to bring more to to table than just a good a background....
