1st SlipKnot and it was about 10 years until they did their 1st album due to obvious other success? I remember listening to Slipknot's....
Over (especially compared to SlipKnot!) they did sell out the last time I wanted to go though.

Is metalcore a "gateway" genre? Is it a way for kids to become fans of metal that metalheads actually like? Or do they just stick to metalcore and never branch out?

I think i am the only anime fan who likes metal i feel like i am the only anime fan who likes metal and i am talking about real metal not avengened seven fold or three days grace i am talking about death metal and genres like that i feel out of place

I'm not a big metal fan but everyone does have their own.
But on a regular basis I listen to Foo Fighters, Phish, Nirvana, and of course Metallica .
Of Metallica, System of a Down, and a little Slipknot.
