We are trying to change things up at work for birthdays. We used to all bring in food in to celebrate. It was fine when there were 5 people in my dept but now there are 10 people and it's too much.

Once a month we have a cake day to celebrate (it's our HQ) and we have a "cake break" every month to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries for working, but we don't really "mix" between....
