I was reading a website about the difference between stealthed and closed ports.

A closed port will echo a packet if closed. However, a stealthed port will not respond at all.
Is it recommended to stealth all the ports...

Such as a web server) Then trying to "stealth" your ports won't do much.

stealth power, there's really no reason not to slot the stealth IO in Sprint eventually anyway I've seen use it as a set mule and only turn it on (+stealth IO in Sprint) when you really want in Sprint).

Is this a bug trion or is it intended for clerics to not be able to target there fellow Sin rogue in stealth/slip away and heal them.
countless times my rogue partner uses slipaway or stealth in a brawl and i cannot heal him/target him with a direct heal...

Other then that, you too, but i was under the impression that it has more to do with target swapping than rogue in stealth mouseovers to counter this bug.
You can't target a rogue in stealth if he is not in the same group as you.

What options are there to detect web-crawlers that do not want to be detected?
(I know that listing detection techniques will allow the smart stealth-crawler programmer to make a better spider, but I do not think that we will ever be able to block smart...

I'm trying to remember which powers the Concealment pool Stealth power is mutually exclusive with. Specifically wondering about Combat Jumping and Super Speed.

It stacks with Hide, Superspeed, and Stealth IOs.

Sad really, as I've had a few Dark Armor with all other stealth powers except IIRC Stalker Hide.
Powers will cancel out if you toggle on Stealth.
