Favourite vegan sandwich filling / bread spread? Anyone got any favourites? Think I may have started this thread back on the old forum .. can't remember now. I'm currently doing one of my faves:

Redwood Cheese I just thought I would by some vegan cheese but it doesn't taste of much , can anyone give me any ideas of how to make it a bit more tasty in like sandwiches or snacks? (Cheese on toast)

One thing) and a sprinkle of chilli sauce, then toast lightly and serve with watercress - yum.
For cheese on toast you probably do need the melty kind .
With the other stuff in your sandwich.

At school the only juice the students are permitted is sky juice, water, H2O. Here is a really neat idea for your kids drinks during the summer months. Half fill their drink bottle with water, put the lid on and put in freezer lying on its side...

I'd like to hear some VERY simple to make meals, simple in my terms doesn't have to mean quick, such as soups which cook for a long time but require little tending. Preferably cheap and somewhat healthy. I enjoy soups and salads but I am no good at making...
