After a less-than-satisfactory dinner at home (I don't claim to be a good cook), I find myself dreaming of the crab cakes at Flying Fish, followed by a chocolate brownie filled with peanut-butter cream...

Tiny yet surprisingly rich in protein, watercress is next on the list.
I also made portabello mushroom, intense flavor.
I sautéed it with peppers and it was really tasty.

Pros LC - full fat mayo, ranch, **supposedly not having to track**, not having to worry about fats, ridding body of unhealthy sugars.
Cons - not being able to drink alcohlic beverages or even eat a little carbs w/o it penalizing your weight loss efforts...
