There seem to be many infrared wireless headphone options out there that are better quality for much less money.

I have RSE in my car, and I have to say that I find the flexibility of the system excellent - I love that fact that all 3 screens in the car can be controlled independently of one another in terms of both video and audio source from the driver's seat.... .

1) For some reason my left hand side part of the rear entertainment system has went into "standby mode" and refuses to come out of it, ie
I can't do anything with the left hand side at all. The screen in the headrest comes on, but there is no picture ...

is "Lock" selected?
You can then choose "Headphone from the front.

You can buy Alpine headphones for $20 Each.
Headphone are cheap.
Yes there are a removable remote in the armrest in the back .
You have to buy them separately ( cordless IR phones ) .
No headphones included.

Im thinking of getting the Apple iPad when it comes out because I think it would work great as rear seat entertainment for our two kids. Can anyone think of a good way to mount this somewhere central so that two kids can enjoy it? We dont have an Odyssey...

Anybody have any ideas of why this thing is not coming on? My rear air works fine from the overhead control in the front but the panel in the back of the console is not doing anything. Oh, by the way its in a 03' Yukon XL Denali.
