So I had a dilemma, I have a dual tip muffler and I wanted to put a jdm rear bumper to match my front camino bumper. so add the sport dual tip opening on a jdm bumper and viola.
my goal to have the black bumper look like the blue one.

The mid muffler is just a resonator.
Expect a muffler shop to charge about $60.00.
I would suggest doing a mid muffler delete, it's the exact same annoying.
While driving at 2000 - 3000 rpm.
