Modern rear view mirror in a 1st gen vert ???
Has anyone adapted a newer, auto dim/home link, style rear view mirror to their 1st gen vert rear view mirror mount ?? Did a search and didn't find anything.

I was right then....
Of the mirror for the 2012? The image in the EPC makes it look about the same as the 06-11, but for some parts the mirror part , or also the part which is attached to the windsheild? I was able to remove would be required.

Just sat in the car and noticed there's a flap between the roof lights and the rear view mirror. Is this like a mini sunviser for my mirror? I dont have the lights pack so no auto dim..is this the manual sort of version? (S3 8p BE 2012)
