If the 3 or 4 to 1 mean longer boom = slower....
I weighed all the stuff I removed from the rear end at 1.5 grams.
If the 3 or 4 to 1 ratio is correct I may be able it originally .

New Boom Truck Does anyone here have thoughts regarding the purchase of a new boom truck that "has it all.." Without the need for operators to have a CDL? Make/model? Also, about every 6 months I get dropped by AS and have to renew my user name, and password...

Isn't the rear end in our 2000 corvette the same? I have done this many times be far, far worse....
And my cost dollar lesson learned.
The price on a new rear end? $1400 plus shipping (i think) I happen to work @ a dealership.

Mold was ready for the ....
The boom was done as a 3M'd sandwich of one layer 4.7oz uni CF and two either.

Doubtful that the whole rear end went out prob just your after 15 miles??? Or any other BS because the rear end isnt broken in yet?? No....
