I got an America Express rebate card that seems very hard to use. I tried adding it to paypal, didn't work, I'm 120% certain I was able to use it with paypal before, maybe they tightened the rules; local grocery store doesn't take it either.

Do any of you guys have cards for gas stations or credit cards you use for gas to get a % back? I've always used Citgo for the last 10 years, but the last station around my area just switched on Sunday. The 5 cents off a gallon was nice until they discontinued...

I would advise against using a debit card at the gas pump as it's one of the most vulnerable places the bank cancelled the whole thing.
