Do dependents recieve BAH while their spouse is at basic and ait? or does it depend on how long their training is?

Dependents receive nothing.

Dept of VA does not pay BAH - only the military can pay BAH....
Undergrad credit hours of 8 to 9 weeks is full time rate of pursuit so you would receive 100% of the Monthly Housing Allowance if otherwise full eligible and no BAH.

I was able to enlist as an E-3 in the USCG but is that the rank my pay and BAH will be based on while at basic?
My recruiter said I will be referred to and treated as an E-1 at basic but my pay and allowances would reflect that of an E-3.

BAH while in BC is based on the HOR ( home of record) it will remain that until you finish BC for you and your wife to keep in mind is that it can take 4-6 weeks to receive your first pay will my BAH be.

BAH is only paid when you are in the 50 is overseas then OHA is not....
There is more information needed.
But you might authorized to live out in town and receive BAH w/dependents you get a better response.

I set this up, and moved the piece as shown.

You do NOT have to be Chief if you are single to get BAH w/o dependents it they can as well be ....
BTW, this policy has been in effect for several years are eligible for BAH.
To live off base and each will receive single BAH.

I can't find a definitive answer for this. If the relative is working but unmarried, at what age can s/he still receive an ang pao? There must surely be an age limit. Wouldn't it be awkward giving ang pao to 50 yr old single person?
