We took out a loan in 2006 with A&L and was sold ppi, we paid the loan off in 2007 in full how do i get information on how to reclaim? i dont have any paperwork left but i still bank with A&L. any help welcomed helen xx

What company is best to reclaim ppi? i am wanting to try and reclaim any ppi i was mis-sold can any one recommend a company please
i no it can be done yourself but i am too lazy for that and don't know all the details of every account i would have had...

I used a company to reclaim my PPI and they recovered £4460.
I have to pay them 30% I have no problem with that but on top of the 30% they are charging me 20% VAT
So I am paying £1338 plus £267 VAT
Is this right.
I would appriciate any advise
