The list of those who purchased unnecessary, overpriced PPI must be very valuable to any other purveyors....
I just find it amusing that many of those who were inertia sold PPI are now missing out on a big very Darwinian going on there.

Has anyone heard much about this PPI return claim if you've been miss sold Payment Protection insurance?
I got a letter in the post the other day and was a bit suspicious about the whole thing. I got a loan to start up my business and its all paid off...

And bingo it had PPI....
Had a few claims last year on a loan ppi, but recieved £500 back! you recieve interest at a high rate on what you have paid out too.

Im not sure if this is a valid reason to reclaim PPI but if a company know they would never, it sounds as though PPI reclaim attempts are going to go down the line of "Cash for Crash" beforeI dont know a lot about ....

Hi - my brother has 2 PPI 's but the accounts are closed and he doesn't have the account details, we know the 2 companies :
1. Peugeot's Finance company in 2005
2. A loan from Tesco

Peugeot Finance - ppi included, not sure how much she actually paid as the load was over 60 months it until at least 2010 @ around £28 ....

This was all done over the phone.
They agreed to this but only if agreed to pay PPI.
The PPI was added when I requested an increase in my credit limit.
Paperwork.
