It's hard to recommend a pattern to start with, but I think Factory.
And the downsides of it are often overlooked, so I wouldn't recommend to start with it (or at least, read it - you usually don't really need it).
My dd is 4 days old and her dr recommended vit d drops. I know it's good for adults but does a newborn really need it? Are there any side effects that are bad from it? I've heard people say babies have a vorgin gut but I don't really understand that concept...
