I am quite new to myfitnesspal but am finding it most useful and user friendly. Its a great way to learn about the pros and cons of food contents and I find the daily comparisons of elements eaten for say carbs/protein etc in comparison to daily recommended...

Hi guys. Could you briefly say about recommended backup plans depending on database size and backup/restore time.

Buy a Solved problems book for C++, I recommend "how to program C++" (The problems and solutions edition) by Deitel and Dietel.

It's hard to recommend a pattern to start with, but I think Factory.
And the downsides of it are often overlooked, so I wouldn't recommend to start with it (or at least, read it - you usually don't really need it).

My dd is 4 days old and her dr recommended vit d drops. I know it's good for adults but does a newborn really need it? Are there any side effects that are bad from it? I've heard people say babies have a vorgin gut but I don't really understand that concept...
