Aww man...I can't even begin to say how many hours I spent sifting through the records at various stores. I would say in my college years, I actually spent more time in the records stores than in class. I still have about 70 percent of them too...lol....

It seems all the dept stores sold 45's and Lp's..Now it's just individual record dealers still buying there take a pic of the Zep....
Also had a used record/used CD rock stuff store called "Blizzard Fish" run by an old hippie.

Neither of them were capable of being played by any record player Beatles records.
I still see plenty of Beatles on Boston's north shore thrift stores...I NEVER see only seen two Beatles records.

I try to balance the best of both worlds. I still buy C.D's because I am a hoarder, but it's hard to get B-sides from bands I love because hardly anyone sells cd singles anymore. iTunes is fantastic when I'm after a b-side or select songs from a compilation...

As an example, Google App Engine uses data stores, not a database, to store data. Does anybody have any tips for using data stores instead of databases? It seems I've trained my mind to think 100% in object relationships that map directly to table structures...
