Does anyone know if sending something Recorded Delivery 1st Class by Royal Mail actually is sure to come next day. Does the RD ensure it's delivered next day or not? The ordinary post's been but waiting for a hamster wheel that will be in a box so maybe...

I've set up my delivery using zone rates, items being posted normal 1st class delivery.
I would like to give customers an option of using recorded delivery/signed for delivery if outwith the UK, if they want to but can't find a mod which would do this...

There is no benefit put the prices for recorded delivery.
Recorded / registered is for your protection, should they claim non-delivery.

Recorded delivery comes with the regular post and you, not to send cash.
Normally when you send something by recorded delivery the Post Office will ask if there is anything have been advised not to send money that way.

I;ve served my LL the required 1 month notice, via recorded delivery. I've checked on the Royal Mail Tracking Mail section and he still has not collected the letter.
